1. Overview
Token Studio is built on the principles of decentralization and user sovereignty. The application is designed to minimize data collection while still relying on limited server-side telemetry and diagnostics needed to operate certain features, monitor service quality, and investigate errors.
2. Data Collection
Token Studio does not require user accounts and does not collect traditional account identifiers such as
email addresses, passwords, or profile names. However, when certain server-assisted features are used,
we may collect and store limited technical and usage data, including:
- IP address
- Approximate location derived from country code
- App version
- Diagnostic and error-report payloads sent through the app
Token Studio does not collect private keys, seed phrases, wallet authentication
credentials, or wallet balances for telemetry purposes.
3. Local Processing
All application logic and blockchain operations occur locally on your device or directly against public blockchain infrastructure. Some features, however, rely on Token Studio-operated servers for signal generation, telemetry logging, diagnostics, version checks, and service monitoring. When you use those features, relevant request data is transmitted to those servers for processing and, in some cases, storage.
4. Third-Party Services
To provide high-performance asset management, Token Studio interacts with specialized decentralized and
third-party infrastructure:
- Irys: For decentralized permanent storage.
- IPFS (via Pinata): For distributed asset hosting.
- Solana RPC Providers (including Helius): For live blockchain data.
These services operate independently and may process data according to their own policies. Users
interact with these infrastructure providers directly via blockchain requests initiated from their
device.
5. Telemetry and Diagnostics
Token Studio uses limited first-party telemetry for product operations, analytics, version support, abuse prevention, and debugging. This telemetry is not used for advertising or cross-site behavioral profiling. We do not use cookies on the application itself, and we do not operate a third-party ad tracking stack. Telemetry is collected only in connection with server-assisted features and diagnostic reporting.
6. Data Security
Security is managed by the decentralized architecture of the Solana blockchain and the secure enclave of the Seed Vault/Solflare/Phantom wallets. Token Studio never has access to your private keys or sensitive wallet credentials, and it does not collect or store such information. Telemetry and diagnostic records that are collected are retained on developer-controlled systems and protected using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
7. Children's Privacy
Token Studio is not directed at children under the age of 13. It does not knowingly collect, solicit, or process any data from children.
8. On-Chain Immutability
Data recorded on the Solana blockchain, such as transaction history, minting activity, or burns, is immutable by design. The developer does not control the Solana network and is technically unable to alter, delete, or "forget" any on-chain records. These actions are permanent and publicly accessible.
9. Changes to Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time to reflect changes in our technical practices or the evolving regulatory landscape. Continued use of the application constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
